About the Properties
Tioga Apartments is an apartment community located in the heart of the Bakken oil region in beautiful Tioga, North Dakota. We offer beautiful one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with spacious floor plans packed with amenities like large walk-in closets, new full-sized kitchen appliances, breakfast bar and immense counter space, washer and dryer in each unit, and private patios and balconies. We also offer privacy and security like no other place in Tioga with on-site security cameras and controlled security access to the buildings.
Tioga Townhomes is a pet-friendly townhome community nestled in the heart of the Bakken oil region in beautiful Tioga, North Dakota. We have spacious two bedroom/one and a half bath townhomes which include a full-size washer and dryer, full kitchen package with kitchen islands, huge bedrooms with lots of closet space, and a walk-out patio.
Tioga Square is a multi-use rental property in Tioga, North Dakota. The property offers businesses prime commercial office space on the lower level, while the upper two levels provide modern residential apartments. Tioga Square is conveniently located in the heart of the Bakken.
Stanley Apartments, an apartment community located in the charming town of Stanley, North Dakota. Our beautiful apartments come loaded with amenities and spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. At Stanley Apartments, youll enjoy large walk-in closets, full kitchen package with brand new appliances, breakfast bar and immense counter space, washer & dryer in each unit, and private patios and balconies.
Stanley Square is a mixed-use rental property in Stanley, North Dakota. The property consists of commercial office/retail spaces on the lower level and residential apartments on the upper two levels. Stanley Square is loaded with modern amenities

Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will ensure residents’ needs are met while driving the success of the business. In a given day, your tasks may include:
- Achieve property performance goals set by management.
- Maintain strong resident relations, ensuring the residents are served well and satisfied with the community.
- Oversee the leasing of apartments and ensure that occupancy rates are maintained.
- Direct property operations and staff in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure work orders, building repairs, and corrective maintenance are being completed in a timely, correct manner.
- Oversee and manage rent collections and bank deposits.
- Pursue delinquent rents and evictions timely and aggressively.
- Supervise resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
- Work with Regional Director to develop, monitor and achieve annual budget objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years property management experience.
- Lease-up experience preferred.
- Experience managing a property budget.
- Working knowledge of affordable housing programs.
- Yardi and RENTCafé experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Local market experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Work & Excel, knowledge of internet, e mail and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
- Experience with marketing and leasing initiatives for new development preferred.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and property needs.

- High integrity – trusted, direct, truthful. Embodies confidence and admits mistakes.
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk property, including up to 4 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, show apartment and drive a vehicle to visit area businesses for outreach marketing.
