Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Join Roers Companies as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and play a crucial role in attracting and engaging top-tier talent. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders to understand strategic objectives and identify talent needs across the organization. Leverage both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to connect with highly qualified active and passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to identify key priorities and develop sourcing strategies that align with those priorities. Provide insightful market intelligence to guide and advise on the hiring process.
- Talent Engagement: Source and engage with candidates at all levels, from entry-level to senior positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process efficiently, maintaining high levels of client and candidate satisfaction. Innovate with creative sourcing methods to attract passive talent.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, reflecting the true state of recruiting activities.
- Metrics and Improvement: Utilize recruiting metrics to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or HS/GED with 10 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- 2 years of experience in Construction Management recruiting.
