We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist our customers with all of their service needs. The ideal candidate should be able to confidently communicate to our customers the value of maintaining their vehicle for optimal performance and have a proven track record with high customer satisfaction.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Greeting Customers Promptly
- Obtain Customer and Vehicle Information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate cost for parts and labor
- Establish a clear follow-up schedule
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customers
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in a service advisory role
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred but not required
- Positive Attitude
