$500 Signing Bonus! The Shipping role starting pay range is between $20 - $23.75 based on the experience and skills of the applicant.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The position will provide on-site shipping & project documentation support at the Roeslein Red Bud facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate the Roeslein Barcode program and database.
Develop and maintain the document tracking system for projects.
Assist in shipping as well as track all contents of a project.
Provide shipping documentation per project specifications.
Generate shipping documents, e.g. packing lists, (BOL, VGM, Solas).
Coordinate with the project team to ensure all items are prepared for shipping and ability to use RoesTrac & Viewpoint shipped to site on time and orderly.
Coordinate with appropriate Departments on missing items and/or status to ensure shipping dates are met as well.
Red line the barcodes/drawings to reflect any changes incurred during shipping.
Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.
Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
Entering detail for stickers on drawing.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in an office and uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand 80% of the time with a small portion at elevated heights and sit for 20% of the day; push and pull 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis; use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear; and work in a consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis is required.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in shipping or a related field is preferred.
Ability to interpret detailed engineering design drawings is strongly preferred.
Able to develop and organize shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
General knowledge of Computer Software and Hardware operations, set up and trouble shooting.
Knowledge of basic Auto CAD software and associated file structures.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written is required.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs are required.
Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.

Communicate with Project teams on required PO’s for shipment per project.
Organizing shipping details with Shipping Supervisor and Project team.
Assist with onsite shipping records and using barcode program and shipping documentation.
