Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for PCs, mobile devices, telecommunications, and software applications.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and firm-specific applications.
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and provide overflow support for other regions.
- Assist with server and infrastructure management tasks.
- Maintain vendor relationships for printers, copiers, and facility-related equipment.
- Document processes and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
- Provide step-by-step instructions to users and technical assistance to regional office managers.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT or a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Passion for problem-solving and Customer Service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, printers, copiers software, and mobile devices (iPhone, Samsung).
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with imaging, software installations, and ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Field technician experience in satellite locations (preferred).
