Role Overview
As the Sales, Operations & Visual Merchandising Sr. Coordinator , you are responsible for leading all activities to ensure business continuity and support operational excellence across all channels (Internal Retail, External Retail, Watch Specialist & E-Commerce). The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The position reports directly to the Ops & Business Performance Manager. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations (40%)
- Provide Sales Support to Sales Teams
- Place, maintain and monitor Sales Orders and International Purchase Orders
- Manage inquiries on product availability, estimated lead time for deliveries and special requests
- Manage pricelists, wishlists, inbound / outbound shipment logs, backorder lists as needed
- Own and improve the ordering process for Sales Accessories and Packaging Components
- Maintain assortments for Sales Accessories by boutique and ensure sufficient replenishment
- Problem solver for all account issues (inventory, pricing, credits, returns, shipping, availability inquiries, ETA inquiries etc)
- Ensure proper understanding and execution of Maison Consignment policies and procedures and assist with bi-annual audits
Visual Merchandising (30%)
Business Intelligence & Reporting (20%)
Logistics (10%)
