Construction Administrator
Location: Bridgehampton, NY
Roger Ferris Partners is seeking an experienced candidate to lead and manage the successful execution of high-end architectural projects through the construction administration phase.
Experience and Qualifications:
· Legal status to work in the US, including a valid working permit and/or visa
· At least 5-10 years of professional experience in a construction industry
· Has experience in construction management, as well as in the field with construction oversight
· Has experience reviewing submittals and RFIs
· Has experience creating construction budgets, schedules, punchlists, etc.
· Understanding of the construction industry and processes, including common building methods, building codes, AIA documentation standards, and safety regulations
· Highly collaborative, self-motivated and able to manage, direct and lead effectively and efficiently
· Meticulous, detail-oriented and well organized
· Exceptional time management skills
Software Proficiency:
· Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
