ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking a creative, experienced Mid-Level Social Media Manager to join a team supporting a Navy contract in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be the primary manager and content creator for the customer’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. At least four years of experience managing social media platforms required. This is an in-person position located in Washington, DC and requires a Secret security clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Create, curate and post visual, audio and news content for all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
Ensure content is optimized to engage a wide audience, including members of Congress, the DOD, industry stakeholders, military and civilian personnel and the general public
Measure and review statistics to understand efficacy of social media campaigns and inform future work
Qualifications
Location: Washington, DC
Experience: A minimum of four (4) years managing social media platforms
Education: Bachelor's degree in English or communications or a related field
Clearance: Active DOD Secret Security Clearance
Working knowledge of the Department of Defense (DOD), Congress, the Navy and NAVSEA required
Experience with social media analytics, a plus
Knowledge of Congress, DOD, the Navy and NAVSEA preferred
