SUMMARY
We are seeking a Payroll Assistant who understands the payroll process from Timekeeping through Payroll. Someone who has experience in Human Resource processing, someone who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and a great communicator that works well with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with administrative functions including maintaining associates’ profile and workflows/process of payroll.
- Review and reconcile to ensure integrity between HR/PR systems.
- Apply state laws correctly with states reciprocal agreements.
- Prepare Bi-Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Stay up to date on platform’s latest tools.
- Import and Export Payroll Data
- Reconcile Payroll Hours
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years payroll experience or Certificates in Payroll
- Excellent computer, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Experience in Kronos HR/PR system helpful
- Experience with multi-state payroll is helpful
