Full-Time - Night Shift
Wages starting at $24 / hr. Overall compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and skill set.
Arch Materials is an underground limestone mine / quarry seeking a night shift Heavy Equipment Operator for our operation located in Batavia, OH . The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to :
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery in a rock quarry including dozer, excavator, front end loader, dredge, haul truck, and general work around the quarry operation.
- Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
- Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
