May oversee student employees.Position Summary Serves as the initial point of contact for the SNAP Training & Employment Program (STEP) grant project for Rogue Community College in both counties. Coordinates activities to address the needs of students and promote student success for participants in the STEP Program. Creates individual success plans for STEP participants and refers for enhanced advising and career services on campus. Monitors grant project and makes recommendations for program improvement and ensures that grant objectives are met. Communicates on a regular basis with instructors, other staff members, project members, and the Director of Student Engagement. Responsible for project support, including data collection, documentation, and reporting.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
This is a Full-time Classified, 40 hour per week (100%) position in the Student Success department. Starting compensation is entry level for Group 7 on the 2024-25 Classified Wage Schedule.This position is fixed-term/grant-funded tied to a specific grant, with a defined term. The current grant funding guarantees the role through 10/31/2025 and is reviewed annually and expected to extend through 10/31/2027.Position will remain open until filled, with screening scheduled to begin 2/7/2025. Applications received after the screening date are not guaranteed review. Documents required for submission include a cover letter and resume.
