We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant II to support our Alliance Officer and Community Engagement Departments.
In this hybrid role, you will provide confidential administrative support, coordinate meetings and events, manage department projects, engage with partners, and assist with events and community engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide logistical support for hybrid in-person/Zoom meetings.
- Prepare and distribute materials, take meeting minutes, and track department projects.
- Assist in event planning, including registration, setup, and hosting.
- Maintain and track donations in DonorPerfect.
- Support policy and document management, including administrative rules and operational guidelines.
- Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with research, presentations, and report preparation.
- Provide reception support at our main office.
- Occasional travel to RCH sites and community events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, social services, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare or human services.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and presentation software.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between RCH sites.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
