Job Description : Overview :
As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
The 2nd shift position works from 2PM-10PM, Monday-Friday.
An example schedule for 2nd shift is below :
- Monday - 2PM-10PM
- Tuesday - 2PM-10PM
- Wednesday - 2PM-10PM
- Thursday - 2PM-10PM
- Friday - 2PM-10PM
- Saturday - OFF
- Sunday - OFF
