Company description: Established in 1999 Rohner is the only Northwest manufacturer of industrial finishing systems. Rohner is a small Company, typically 75-100 employees. Currently Rohner is under contract for an additional 25% growth this fiscal year with anticipations of additional contracts closures.

Employee Type: full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Industry Served: automotive, aerospace, manufacturer, institutional & military
Management Structure: Work with sales, engineering & production staff in a collaborative environment under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager.
Job Type: Drafting of parts/assemblies under the supervision of the department manager.
Req'd Education: Certificate in Drafting or related specialty
Req'd Experience: 10 years experience as a full time drafter/designer or equivalent training
Req'd Travel: minimal
Relocation Covered: not anticipated at this time
Physical: - candidate must be able to perform project site surveys activities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Designer
Overview: Designer will work with engineer/sales staff to create equipment assemblies (from Rohner inventor parts library, create new parts as necessary), create approval drawings, submit approvals to department manager, create revisions, create exploded view assemblies and packaging list/B.O.M. Additionally Designer will assist sales staff with sales concept and permit drawings.
Responsibilities will include: Designer will be responsible for producing quality accurate Inventor part and assembly drawings to Rohner design criteria within the allotted project deadlines.
Base Pay: negotiable, plus profit sharing (if the Company thrives, you thrive)

Job skills: - necessary
Candidate must be proficient in Autocad & Autodesk Inventor (SolidWorks user must be willing to learn and use Inventor), excel and word.
Experience: - a minimum 2 year experience in manufacturing with the use of Autocad & Inventor or Solid Works
