- Conduct sales of new and used vehicles to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Assist customers with test drives and vehicle selection
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicles
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Proficient in using software applications for managing customer information and sales records
