Job Description
Our business is built on employee and customer satisfaction. You will generate new customers, sell with consultative approaches, and follow up with past customers. You will want to be a great networker. We will provide you with an opportunity to reach your personal goals with prospect opportunities, a large new and used inventory, outstanding marketing, and professional training. Our Honda sales consultants can earn $40,000 to $90,000a year. It takes about 36 months to get a strong foundation and build repeat clients. Previous customer service is a must, and we prefer an automotive background of three years of selling. The Honda product is the best, and our pay plan lets you treat every guest with respect and give them what they want upfront with no games.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sells new and used vehicles
- Generates business with new, repeat, and referral customers
- Makes in-person, phone, text, and e-mail contacts with customers and owners
- Handles objections with great listening skills
- Handles all documnets with accuracy
- Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all state and federal laws
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of auto sales consultant experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Valid PA driver's license with no DUI
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
