We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions and drive initiatives that support business growth. This role will oversee HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring compliance and fostering a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving a high-performance culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide HR guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Oversee the recruitment function, ensuring best practices and strategic hiring while supporting the recruitment team.
- Design and implement employee development programs to enhance retention and internal growth.
- Enhance the onboarding experience to promote long-term success for new hires.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and career development.
- Lead complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and strategic resolutions.
- Oversee performance management programs, including quarterly and annual evaluations, to drive accountability and engagement.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain talent.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage HRIS and payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of HR leadership experience (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Director-level preferred).
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, and compliance.
- Experience overseeing recruitment teams and processes without being the primary recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (QBO preferred).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience).
