Summary:

Acting independently, the Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for the quality, health, growth, and profitability of ROI’s relationships with its clients by ensuring that our services and solutions are delivered in alignment with their objectives and key strategies. Success is measured in client satisfaction(Client Success Manager), retention, growth, and profitability. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for monitoring, measurement, and presentation of ROI’s service delivery and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of solar technology.
  • Understand ROI Construction’s offerings and effectively communicate their value, with an emphasis on securing agreements.
  • Knowing the clients’ objectives, key strategies, leaders, and stakeholders to position ROI as a credible collaborator in refining those strategies and developing specific initiatives and solutions that will enable clients to achieve their objectives.
  • Leading relationship status reviews with clients on a regular basis to present service delivery metrics, status of active engagements, and address outstanding issues and resolution plans.
  • Effectively communicating ROI’s long-term strategy and direction.
  • Ensuring that ROI is viewed as an optimum strategic partner to clients.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and confirming the impact of communications sent from ROI to clients, ensuring understanding of implications and impacts on their organizations.
  • Working collaboratively to ensure appropriate direction is provided to all delivery teams and a productive two-way communication flow exists. Developing and scoping new initiatives and projects, drafting proposals, statements of work, and other activities related to selling, servicing, and delivering work to clients.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day activities required to meet clients’ objectives.
  • Monitoring that all work performed is executed within set deadlines and established budgets.
  • Independently assessing the speed, agility, quality, and responsiveness of our delivery organizations.
  • Maintaining knowledge of ROI’s products and services, those of key vendors and partners, and developing strategies for how to continually apply them to evolve and improve the quality of results and service delivered to clients.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar energy industry.
  • Prior experience as a Strategic Relationship Manager or Client Success Manager preferred.
  • Possess stellar communication abilities and a natural flair for establishing connections.
  • Outstanding customer advocacy through relentless pursuit of issue resolution and performance of escalation processes when needed.
  • Ability to deliver accurate responses to customer requests, whether positive or negative.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000-100,000

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
