Business Development Representative – Join the ROI Team!
Location: Hybrid (Work from Home Mondays & Fridays, In-Office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our closers from Inbound calls
- Building a report and understanding prospects' needs to ensure great fit
- Learning and growing—because we want someone who’s coachable and adaptable
- Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
- Keeping track of leads and follow-ups in our CRM system

- Phone experience is required – You’re comfortable making and handling calls
- Setter experience is helpful – But if you’re a fast learner, we can train you!
- Coachable & eager to grow – You’re open to feedback and ready to level up
