Security Clearance: Preferred
Certifications: Six Sigma, CompTIA Security , HR certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) PROOF OF CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION, IF APPLICABLE, TO BE CONSIDERED.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years in HR quality assurance, compliance, or HR operations in a DoD/Army environment.
Job Summary:
The HR Deputy Project Manager/Quality Assurance (QA) will assist in managing and executing HR operations, ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), security regulations, and Army HR doctrine. This individual will focus on quality control, internal audits, and security compliance measures to monitor service delivery accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to DoD policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordinating the execution of HR projects, ensuring contractual compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor quality and ensure HR processes meet the standards outlined in the PWS, DoD policies, and Army HR regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits, quality assurance checks, and compliance monitoring of HR services, including personnel processing, transition services, and retirement processing.
- Track compliance with IPPS-A, DEERS/RAPIDS, and ATRRS and ensure adherence to security protocols for personnel identity verification and CAC issuance.
- Ensure all HR system transactions adhere to Army and DoD security policies and correct discrepancies through compliance audits.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for non-conformance issues.
- Provide reports and recommendations based on audit findings to enhance HR process efficiency and automation integration.
- Other duties the PM or COR assigns to enhance project efficiency and compliance.
