Laborer- Manufacturing Specialist - First Shift

Rol-Tec has a first shift opening - full time entry level position with excellent benefits available in our roller manufacturing department. This is an entry level position and an excellent opportunity for the right person. You will start as a machine tender / handler who will serve the machine operators by taking away finished product and bringing them raw materials for their next job. As you progress in the handler job, we will teach you how to operate machine shop lathes and other equipment to produce rubber and urethane parts. There is plenty of room for advancement as we evaluate your skills, interest, and work ethic.

Experience reading calipers or micrometers a plus.

Departments where advancement is possible and where we will teach further skills are, machine shop, rubber grinding, metal grinding, urethane molding, rubber roller covering, shipping, machine shop, and many other support departments.

We are flexible with employee's home life obligations and are willing to help adjust schedules. First shift works M-F eight hours per day.

Rol-Tec is rapidly growing in Green Bay. First shift works 5 days, Monday thru Friday, 8 hours per shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HS diploma or GED required.

Physical demands: Lifting, working with a variety of hand and power tools, shop machines and tools.

Mechanically inclined

Licenses not required, willing to train.

Must be able to learn quickly and make good decisions.

Must be able to work in a team environment and perform a variety of duties. We will teach you to run precision machines.

Learn to manufacture industrial parts / rollers from urethane, rubber, and metal.
