We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Reliability Manager to join the manufacturing Reliability team in Pensacola, FL, focusing on the Fixed Equipment division with a leading manufacturing company known for our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Role Overview:
As the Reliability Manager, you will lead a program focused on identifying and managing reliability risks associated with fixed equipment assets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to optimize asset value creation, ensure safe operation, and control ownership costs.
What You'll be Doing:
- Improve the performance of fixed equipment assets across all sites by leading a program to identify and manage reliability risks.
- Develop, optimize, and implement equipment stewardship strategies and programs to maximize asset value creation, ensure safe operation, and control ownership costs for various manufacturing sites.
- Provide technical support, including root cause failure analysis, guidance on fixed equipment projects, and oversight from engineering to maintenance.
- Utilize the industry's best reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs, and enhance asset effectiveness.
- Focus on providing quality service and improving equipment and process reliability with a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 13 years of reliability experience in the chemicals, petrochemical, or related manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading fixed equipment programs.
- Knowledge of fixed equipment design, application, installation, operation, overhaul, and repair practices.
- Exposure to SAP and PCMS software for fixed equipment programs.
