How You’ll Be Contributing:
As E-Commerce Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the Digital Commerce team in growing sales across key platforms like Amazon and Chewy. You’ll help manage product data, assist with new item launches, and ensure our listings are accurate, visible, and performing well.
- Maintain the digital product catalog by platform and customer, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage new item setup for existing and new products using our PIM system (Plytix), and keep track of launch timelines and deliverables.
- Audit new product listings for discoverability, pricing, inventory, and content accuracy.
- Monitor product availability and troubleshoot issues impacting stock or visibility.
- Track Buy Box status, third-party sellers, and counterfeit listings to help reduce lost sales.
- Review product pages for accuracy and suggest improvements to content and merchandising strategies.
- Respond to compliance alerts and escalations from Amazon and Chewy to avoid disruptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues, pricing questions, and out-of-stocks.
- Support MAP monitoring and report pricing violations for Hagen US.
- Compile sales and performance data from Amazon, Chewy, and other digital retailers.
- Contribute to monthly reporting and product review summaries to support leadership insights.
We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:
· A bachelor’s degree and/or 2–3 years of e-commerce experience (CPG or pet industry preferred; Amazon experience is a plus)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Solid Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and general proficiency in Office tools like PowerPoint
· Comfort working with data systems and navigating customer portals
· A proactive mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and support strategic sales goals
