Rustic Marlin is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support the ecommerce and product management functions at Rustic Marlin . This role will play a key role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Responsibilities :
- Own all aspects of product details (including product information, pricing, and keywords) across all commerce channels.
- Manage onboarding of retail partners by providing necessary data and support.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams sharing ideas and implement strategic initiatives to ensure all sites are optimized.
- Regularly audit all ecommerce channels to ensure data accuracy and consistency, resolving discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
- Stay informed on industry trends and conduct competitive market analysis.
- Oversee and manage product listings on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy and Wayfair.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
