Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage day to day operations in assigned warehouses and yard
- Monitor and maintain facility in Douglas, Wyoming
- Investigate and implement strategies to preplan loads and routes, vehicle utilization, and labor productivity
- Ensure facilities are accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic and coordinate necessary maintenance tasks
- Maintain an accurate listing and count of physical inventory
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of operations
- Order and replace broken parts and/or equipment
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers as necessary
- Manage and train staff
- Additional projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience in fuel, propane, or oils and lubricants industry
- College Degree (preferred)
- Acceptable background and driving record
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Must be able to work inside and outside year round
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
