Job Duties :

Oversee and manage day to day operations in assigned warehouses and yard

Monitor and maintain facility in Douglas, Wyoming

Investigate and implement strategies to preplan loads and routes, vehicle utilization, and labor productivity

Ensure facilities are accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic and coordinate necessary maintenance tasks

Maintain an accurate listing and count of physical inventory

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of operations

Order and replace broken parts and / or equipment

Communicate with vendors and suppliers as necessary

Manage and train staff

Additional projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience

Experience in fuel, propane, or oils and lubricants industry

College Degree (preferred)

Acceptable background and driving record

Must be able to pass drug test

Must be able to work inside and outside year round

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Above average verbal and written communication skills
