Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic assembly of small parts and components, ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality.
• Utilize soldering techniques to assemble and repair electronic circuits.
• Assemble harnesses and other critical electronic components according to technical drawings and instructions.
• Ensure all work meets IPC 620 standards for quality and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven electronic assembly experience, with a strong background in soldering and working with small parts.
• IPC 620 Certification is REQUIRED (for cable and harness assembly standards).
• Experience in harness assembly and understanding of electronic circuit boards.
• Aerospace experience is beneficial but not required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow technical instructions and blueprints.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
