Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

About the Job:
We’re an abatement company looking for an experienced Accountant Level 2 to join our team. If you’re highly skilled in QuickBooks, reconciliations, taxes, job costing, and payroll—especially in the construction industry—we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing QuickBooks and ensuring accurate financial records
- Handling bank reconciliations and job costing
- Overseeing payroll processing
- Assisting with tax preparation and compliance
- Working in-office five days a week across different Englewood locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have excellent QuickBooks experience
- Strong background in reconciliation, job costing, and payroll
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Able to thrive in a laid-back but hardworking environment (we work hard and play hard, and the office culture reflects that)
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, "not professional" atmosphere
