Job Title: Landscaper

Location: Castle Pines (Castle Rock,CO)

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Salary: $20-22 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Landscaper to join our team starting in APRIL season running into winter. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscaping and work in a dynamic outdoor environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Assist with the installation of landscape features such as mulch, sod, and garden beds.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering plants, fertilizing lawns, and applying pesticides.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds-keeping is preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Use of protective gear such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

Schedule:

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
• Some weekends and overtime may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
