Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, Ecomm, partnerships, retail to lead the creation of visually compelling graphics for web, email, retail stores, pop-ups, paid and organic social collateral, digital marketing & internal projects.
- Help set and implement branding guidelines with a passion for storytelling and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee post-shoot production workflow, ensuring images and videos are edited and optimized for various platforms.
- Maintain a deep understanding of brand guidelines and specifications, ensuring all designs align with the brand's identity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce additional design materials such as infographics, PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Stay on top of design trends, especially in digital and social media platforms, to ensure that all designs are fresh and relevant.
- Utilize UX principals to elevate web design
- Ideate and execute creative A/B testing to evaluate and improve design strategies
- Ability to develop and manage a Graphic Designer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases concept-driven designs and well-crafted executions.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) for both print and digital design. Photoshop & Illustrator are a must.
- Knowledge of proper set up of print production files for traditional and non-traditional media (collateral).
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and design fundamentals.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for design, creativity, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
- Previous experience developing, coaching and managing a Graphic Designer
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
