Social Media Marketing Intern

Position Overview:

Roller Rabbit is seeking an intern for Winter/Spring 2025! We're looking to have a part-time intern join us in our NYC office to deep dive into Marketing & Social with our wonderful team.

** Must be able to be in office Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday***

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team to generate ideas for marketing campaigns–everything from influencer to out-of-home activations to events and photoshoots
• Coordinate sample requests and maintenance for partnerships, PR, creative, and photoshoots
• Assist on photoshoots including product preparation and onset assistance
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including day-of assistance
• Coordinate influencer outreach and gifting strategies for all product launches and events, assist in execution of gifting campaigns
• Gather email marketing materials weekly
• Assist marketing team with additional needs for events, campaigns, photoshoots, giftings and more
• Compile research on current fashion and marketing trends
• Create and upload products, landing pages, and collection pages on the backend of Shopify
• Merchandise the website using best practices

Social Responsibilities:

• Partner with Social Media team on ideation and execution of campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Snapchat and other social media platforms
• Assist in developing, creating, and capturing content in-house for TikTok and Instagram, as well as sourcing content from influencers
• Write copy for social channels while maintaining brand voice
• Engage, monitor, and respond to comments and mentions from followers on all social platforms daily
• Gather and report on social mentions weekly to larger team

Qualifications:

• Interest in fashion or in a related area, and all key aspects of marketing, including media campaigns, social media and product communications
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices
• Ability to engage with audiences through creative, relevant, and on-brand content across social media
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Can do attitude with a willingness to pitch in where needed
• Self-starter – ability to work independently and prioritize projects
• Outgoing, positive and dynamic personality
• Excellent organization skills
• Patient, professional, and efficient
• Available for a minimum 3 days a week to work in the office at West Village, NY
• A love of fashion is a plus!
