You will work closely with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in catering
• Both white and black bistro uniforms
• Knowledge of banquet set up and break down
• Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet room as instructed by the event planner or supervisor
• Attend pre-event meetings with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of events
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and clean banquet room after events
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies as needed

Skills:

As a Banquet Server, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.
