Clubhouse Manager

Job Summary:
The Golf Course Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clubhouse and ensuring that all guest services are provided at the highest level. This position includes managing the clubhouse staff, maintaining the facility, and providing excellent customer service to members and guests. The manager will also coordinate various events, handle membership inquiries, manage food and beverage services, and ensure the smooth operation of all clubhouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insures maximum pass holder and guest satisfaction
• Assist with developing an employee policy and updating it as needed
• Manage Club’s main email address. Forward inquiries to appropriate personnel, respond to general inquiries
• Assist in arranging, coordinating and managing events
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Prepares monthly expense and income reports to our accountant
• Orders office supplies and concessions
• Hire, train staff, scheduling of pro shop hours.
• Make sure staff is up to date on certifications
• Pay bills and collect mail in a timely manner
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen areas. Ensure compliance with local and regional health authorities.
• Preparing and depositing daily financial transactions
• Collect hours and send to the payroll company biweekly
• Recording of pro shop inventory monthly
• Serve as the clubhouse food and beverage manager
• Actively provide updates on our Facebook page to the community.
• Perform other duties as required by Superintendent

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
