Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our Automotive Accounting team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of GAAP principles.
Responsibilities:
- Submits Cancellations
- Researches and Reconciles Remit and Cancellation Schedule
- Research and Reconcile Warranty Schedules
- Post Internal Invoices
- Files and Scans Repair Orders and Cancellations
- Post New and Used Car Purchases
- Process and Reconcile Manufacturer Invoices
- Complete funding and scanning
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Automotive Accounting is preferred
- General Accounting experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Reynolds System is preferred but not required
- Strong Organization Skills
