- Prepare and mix drinks to exacting standards, utilizing knowledge of name brands and liquors, wines, and bottle beers.
- Serve alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, wine, and draft or bottled beer with a smile.
- Monitor consumption of alcohol served to patrons and maintain a safe and responsible environment.
- Operate balances and reconcile cash & credit card transactions and follow proper procedures for closing and balancing till.
