Job Description
The Security Officer I provides a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests and protects the assets of Rolling Hills Casino. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets guests upon entry to the casino floor.
- Monitors guest behavior and responds to any incidents or disturbances.
- Conducts investigations and prepares reports as necessary.
- Inspects facilities for safety violations and takes corrective action.
- Provides First Aid and CPR services as needed.
- Patrols the property on foot and in vehicles to maintain security.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Driver's license.
- A minimum of 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security, law enforcement, or military experience is desirable. Additional certifications such as Class B Passenger Endorsement and EMT Certification may be beneficial.
