Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Service Standards are upheld during all stages of their assigned responsibilities.
- Take guest orders and process payments efficiently.
- Follow standard recipes and assemble food and beverage items as stated or directed.
- Process and redeem value points and understand the Player card Tier structure.
- Help bus tables and stock supply items as needed.
- Attend to guest needs promptly and accurately.
- Track and record coupons and follow proper procedures for redeeming comps, coupons, and gift certificates.
- Relay any complaints, guest issues, or positive comments to Room Manager or Room Supervisor.
