Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Rolling Hills Casino. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and ensure their safety while on casino premises.
- Monitor guest behavior and respond to any incidents or disturbances.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports as necessary.
- Inspect facilities for safety violations and take corrective action.
- Provide First Aid and CPR services as needed.
- Patrol the property on foot and in vehicles to maintain security.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Driver's license.
- A minimum of 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security, law enforcement, or military experience is desirable. Additional certifications such as Class B Passenger Endorsement and EMT Certification may be beneficial.
