OBJECTIVE
The Preschool Small Groups Director is responsible for ensuring an excellent and engaging small group experience for preschool-aged children. This role involves overseeing curriculum preparation and customization, managing classroom supplies, organizing volunteer support, and creating a structured environment where small group leaders can thrive. The director works closely with the preschool ministry staff team and volunteers to provide a seamless, well-resourced experience for preschool ministry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend monthly all staff meetings; attend weekly preschool staff team meetings; attend bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with the preschool pastor.
- Edit and format all preschool ministry curriculum for all RH campuses.
- Supplement curriculum with additional resources as needed to enhance engagement.
- Create weekly PCO plans including all details, and upload weekly curriculum and files, and scheduling all preschool small group core team as needed.
- Print, prep, cut, and organize weekly small group materials for all small group rooms including building and distributing weekly room baskets with all necessary supplies.
- Recruit, oversee and coordinate a volunteer team to help with supply organization.
- Manage monthly door signs to ensure proper room identification and communication.
- Manage room snacks, maintaining an inventory and replenishing as needed.
- Manage core team lanyards for easy identification and security.
- Partner with the Learning Center (LC) to manage the resource room and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Print weekly rosters to ensure safety and support for Core Team leaders.
- Coordinate weekly core team including communication and scheduling with support from the Preschool Pastor.
- Events
-Assist in the preparation and implementation of special events and activities. Including: Family Dedications, Easter Jam, Wonder Camp, VBS, Easter Weekend and Christmas Eve Services. Also any other events that may come up in a calendar year.
- Assist with set-up and tear-down of the preschool space for Preschool ministry programming.
- Leading all Preschool ministry programming alongside the preschool ministry staff.
