Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, project planning and scheduling, and effective communication with clients and vendors.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software and tools such as Buildertrend.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to review blueprints and job scopes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations/city codes, and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate and supply all materials for project teams, prior to job start date.
- Oversee project documentation including change orders and project progress payments.
- Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Experience with project scheduling software or other construction management software is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7am-5pm with Bi-weekly pay. ( 4-10s)
