Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Treasury-related tasks and fund transfers (Wires/ACH)
- Process treasury requests, including stop payments and positive pay exception processing
- Conduct research and resolve inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to regulatory policies
- Identify process improvements and enhance efficiency in treasury operations
- Mentor junior team members and maintain accurate compliance documentation
Must Have:
- Prior experience in banking or treasury (1-3 years)
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
Additional Information:
- Banking experience with ACH wire processing and various treasury tasks
- Experience using 10 different banking platforms
- Processing of stop payments, recall, and reject payments
- Cross-training to handle Canada payments
- Team consists of 10 onshore and 2 offshore members
- Responsible for processing over 6,000 payments
Interview Process:
- Zoom Interview – First round: 45 minutes
- Second round: 30 minutes
