Job Title: Treasury Accounting Associate II
Location: Urbandale, IA (Hybrid)
Pay: $24/hr on W2
Shift: Standard Business Hours

Brief Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Accounting Associate II to join our team. This role will involve assisting with various Treasury-related tasks, utilizing knowledge of banking and Treasury practices in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Description: The Treasury Accounting Associate II will execute approved disbursements, process Treasury requests, perform research, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies. You will also identify process improvements and assist in training junior team members.

Minimum Mandatory Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in banking or treasury.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
1-3 years of prior experience in banking or treasury.
