Rolling Suds is looking for a General Manager to lead our operations and drive efficiency in our growing pressure washing business. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing technicians, scheduling, fleet maintenance, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Lead Technicians: Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to company standards.
- Optimized Scheduling: Plan jobs in a logical, geographically efficient order to maximize productivity.
- Fleet & Equipment Oversight: Take ownership of repair and maintenance (R&M) for company trucks and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Customer Appointments & Estimates: Handle in-person and virtual appointments to provide accurate residential service estimates.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily job execution, problem-solve issues, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing field technicians or service teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities for job scheduling and operations.
- Experience in fleet and equipment maintenance a plus but not required (will result in higher base)
- Ability to conduct professional customer consultations and estimates.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve on the go.
