Security Officer (Weigh Master)

We are currently looking for a Scale Attendant to join our team. Candidate must be a self-starter who shows initiative, has a friendly personality, and has the ability to develop good working relationships. Candidate must be flexible to work days and nights.

The Scale Attendant is primarily responsible for weighing trucks entering and leaving the facility; providing information and directing customers; using a computer for data collection, generating scale tickets, record keeping, and reporting.

Duties:

· Weighing and ticketing trucks

· Answering telephone

· Entering data into computer

· Monitor Cameras

· Coordinated with Plant Managers in emergency situations

· Providing administrative support to the Plant.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Position requires practical office skills (minimum 2 years)

· Strong communication skills and excellent customer services skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required

· Accurate data entry

· Good organizational skills

· Motivated self-starter

· Ability to work independently

· Valid Driver’s License

· TWIC

· OSHA

· Flexible work schedule – Must be able to work both day and night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week

• Security: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Military: 2 years (Preferred)
