Job Description Service Operations Officer – Lease Engine Manager Indianapolis, IN (hybrid worker) As the Service Operations Officer – Lease Engine Manager, you will manage lease engine fleets for regional airlines and/or business jet applications and direct service provider activities to ensure compliance with business terms and conditions for lease engine support, including repair, storage, and transportation. Key Accountabilities: Work directly with Fleet Planning, Commercial, Customer Service, and Service Business managers to support the delivery and redelivery of lease assets to and from customers Oversee domestic and international movement of lease assets and develop plans to avoid and mitigate delays (i.e., Customs, carrier, loss, etc.) Maintain lease asset configuration records, logbooks, and airworthiness documentation. Audit records to maintain asset value, avoid lease penalties, prevent airworthiness violation, ensure customer satisfaction Generate post lease work scopes and monitor, measure, and control cost and schedule as engines are made serviceable through service providers (i.e., authorized maintenance centers, service centers, on-wing services) Lead project teams and participate on process excellence improvement activities to enable continuous development Basic Requirements: Associate degree with 4 years of experience with technical documents, SOPs and or manuals, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 technical documents, SOPs and or manuals, OR Master’s degree, OR JD/PhD, OR 6 years of experience with technical documents, SOPs and or manuals in lieu of a degree Preferred Requirements: Airframe & Powerplant background Adept with Excel Able to lead and progress projects Pioneer the next generation of innovation.
