Job Description Service Operations Officer – Fleet Planner Indianapolis, IN (hybrid working) As the Nacelle Lease Manager and AE 3007C Fleet Planner, you will provide professional support while administering the nacelle and AE 3007C lease asset pools. Key Accountabilities: Plan engine removals with business jet customers, to meet the Project Business Plan Manage a nacelle lease pool to include all tasks from shipping the assets to and from the customer, monitoring customer assets through their repair cycle, coordinating the timely return of the lease assets and composing post lease inspection work requests through service providers (i.e., authorized maintenance centers, service centers, On-wing Services) Maintain nacelle asset configuration records, logbooks, and airworthiness documentation to maintain asset value, avoid lease penalties, prevent airworthiness violation, and ensure customer satisfaction Lead nacelle lease pool review communications with the Project and Customer Services regarding lease pool status, upcoming needs, and end of contract term details Lead project teams and participate in process excellence improvement activities, foster a continuous improvement mindset Coordinate with the Commercial team to generate lease paperwork, occasionally assisting in the creation of the lease contract to supplement the Commercial function Basic Requirements: Associate degree with 4 years of Customer Operations experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of Customer Operations experience, OR Master’s degree, OR JD/PhD, OR 6 years of Customer Operations experience in lieu of a degree In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Preferred Requirements: Aviation / aerospace experience Pioneer the next generation of innovation.
