What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Construction) position at RollShield LLC?
We at RollShield LLC are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Receptionist for a busy residential and commercial construction company located in Clearwater, FL. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday.
A polished professional with good client communication skills and the ability to be a team player is critical to the success of this position. An ideal candidate must have the following qualities and skills: Must be friendly, courteous, polite, team player, great interpersonal skills, great communication (verbal and listening) skills, professional, telephone skills, computer skills, customer service, very organized, detail-oriented, great time-management skills, handle multiple tasks, and ability to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed to assist other team members and dependable.
Duties include the following:
- Answering phones - we receive many phone calls and this is a top priority in this position.
- Routing and message taking of incoming calls
- Greet visitors
Skills required:
- Prefer previous experience in a construction-related support role.
- 1-year previous Reception experience
- Knowledge of general office duties and clerical duties
- Previous office environment
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Improveit 360, SalesForce or other CRM knowledge helpful
