Position Overview :
ROMTech is now looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Assistant to support the Manager of our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) business, Canfield Medical Supply. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative, operational, and customer service tasks, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with customers inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the manager and assist with calls.
- Manage and maintain organized records.
- Assist with billing and receivables and generate appropriate reporting as necessary.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with inventory management; coordinate with vendors to replenish stock.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation, and policies.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance services for equipment as required.
- Assist with processing orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Provide occasional support with special projects or urgent requests.
- Assist with Revenue Cycle Management activities including patient registration, coding, claim submission, denial management, collections and compliance.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
