What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Assembler I (Day Shift) position at Romac Industries, Inc.?

We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Heavy Assembler I. In this role, you will be responsible for mechanical assembly following established procedures and guidelines. Hours: Mon – Thurs 4:00 am -2:30 pm
What you’ll do:
- Run the schedule precisely and accurately, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Follow written instructions and drawings to ensure proper assembly and quality standards.
- Package and label products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to identify and apply the correct assembly parts.
- Perform computer transactions to track product progress and inventory levels.
- Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.
What you’ll bring:
- The ability to work in a team
- Understanding of oral and written instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- The ability to use and read a tape measure
- The ability to use small tools and equipment
Compensation: $18.50-$23.89 per hour, depending on experience
