About the Job
We are seeking an Entry-Level Production Welder to join our team. In this role, you will perform welding tasks with supervision and technical guidance. Responsibilities include positioning materials using standard fixtures, applying basic hand-eye coordination, and regulating heat and feed to achieve quality welds.
Hours: Mon – Fri 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
What you’ll do:
- Weld materials such as steel stainless steel, aluminum, and alloys using TIG & MIG welding.
- Follow specified plans, drawings, and welding symbols and quality standards.
- Perform routine welding taks focused on standard products.
- Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to identify and apply appropriate electrodes, tips, and rods as required.
- Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.
What you’ll bring:
- Team player mentality with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of welding processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous experience in manufacturing/production.
Compensation: $21.00 - $30.40 per hour
